Indian Railways will be adding a general coach to three trains running between Bihar and New Delhi. This decision was taken due to the overcrowding on these trains, especially during peak seasons. running between Jaynagar and New Delhi, and the Sampoorna Kranti Superfast Express (12393/12394) running between Patna's Rajendra Nagar Terminal and New Delhi. These trains will replace one of their three-tier AC coaches with a general coach. The Sampoorna Kranti Express, which was introduced on February 17, 2002, was initially known for its speed and has held several records, including being the first non-AC superfast train to get modern LHB coaches and the first ordinary superfast train to run at 130 kilometers per hour.

Delhi ke beech chalne wali Swatantrata Senani Superfast (12561/12562), aur Patna ke Rajendra Nagar Terminal aur New Delhi ke beech chalne wali Sampoorna Kranti Superfast Express (12393/12394) shaamil hain. In trains mein ek three-tier AC coach ko hatakar uski jagah ek general coach add kiya jaayega. Sampoorna Kranti Express, jo 17 February, 2002 ko shuru hui thi, apni speed ke liye famous thi aur isne kai records banaaye hain. Yeh India ki pehli non-AC superfast train thi jisko modern LHB coaches mile aur pehli ordinary superfast train thi jo 130 kilometer per hour ki speed se chali.
