The Narasapur-Kotipalle railway line project, a long-standing aspiration of the people in the combined Godavari districts, is progressing at a snail's pace. Despite decades, it remains incomplete. The project spans 57.21 km and includes three proposed bridges. The first bridge, with 20 pillars, is being constructed over the Vasishta Godavari River...

between Chinnadad and Dindi. The second bridge, with 45 pillars, is planned between Mukteswaram and Kotipalle over the Gautami River. The third bridge, with 21 pillars, is being built between Pasarlapudi and Bodasakurru over the Vainateya River. All three bridges are in different stages of construction. Upon completion, this line will create a new railway connection in the Konaseema region, acting as an alternative route for the main line traffic. The construction of the Narasapur-Kotipalle railway line was first proposed during the British era, but it remained confined to surveys for many years. Former CM Chandrababu Naidu brought it to the attention of the central government. In 2014, after coming to power, the BJP promised to complete this project. Subsequently, the project was undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs. 2,120 crores. The state government was expected to contribute Rs. 525 crores. However, the YSRCP government's failure to provide its share of funds and the stalled land acquisition have led to the project's stagnation.

20 pillars ke saath, Vasishta Godavari River pe Chinnadad aur Dindi ke beech ban raha hai. Dusra bridge, 45 pillars ke saath, Mukteswaram aur Kotipalle ke beech Gautami River pe banaya ja raha hai. Teesra bridge, 21 pillars ke saath, Pasarlapudi aur Bodasakurru ke beech Vainateya River pe banaya ja raha hai. Sabhi 3 bridges different stages me hai. Project complete hone ke baad Konaseema region me ek new railway connection ban jayega, aur yeh main line traffic ke liye ek alternative route ban jayega. Narasapur-Kotipalle railway line ki construction pehle British era me propose ki gayi thi, par yeh bahut saal tak sirf surveys tak hi simit raha. Pehle CM Chandrababu Naidu ne ise central government ke dhyan me laaya. 2014 me aakar BJP ne power me aane ke baad yeh project complete karne ka waada kiya. Uske baad, project Rs. 2,120 crore ke estimated cost pe start kiya gaya. State government ko Rs. 525 crore contribute karne the. Par YSRCP government ne apna share nahi diya aur land acquisition bhi ruk gaya, jisse yeh project band ho gaya.

What you said is correct. most of the railway project in Andhra , executing under cost sharing basis only. why this special offer for only Andhra Pradesh projects. anyway Railways not sharing any revenue with state government.
