Chharhi ek coal-producing area hai, jahaan kai coal projects chal rahe hain. Taapin South, Taapin North, Parej, Kedla Washery, Jharkhand Colliery, yeh sab projects mein hajaro log kaam karte hain. Yeh projects alag alag areas se aane wale logon ke liye hain, aur unhe travel karne mein dikkat hoti hai. Logon ko Barakarana ya Hazaribagh railway station jaana padta hai. Chharhi station pe Vande Bharat aur Intercity trains ka thahraav shuru hone ki umeed logon ne lagayi hai. Isse Ranchi, Patna, aur Madhupur Devghar jaane mein suvidha hogi, jisse coal-producing area ki badi aabadi ko fayda hoga. Yadav further explained that Barhi connects to various parts of the country through GT Road and National Highway. Hundreds of people travel to and from Barhi daily. Due to the geographical and economic importance of Barhi, stopping the Vande Bharat Express is necessary. Barhi also has an industrial area, 203 Cobra headquarters, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Birsa Agricultural Research Centre, and a business center.
