as Shankar Singh (35), a resident of Chaube in the Chalakusha police station area of Hazaribagh district, was being taken to Koderma for medical treatment. According to reports, Shankar was boarding the train when he fell, and the train departed, leading to the accident. The incident was reported to the SCNL, who informed Inspector In-charge Deepak Kumar. Following the 'Mission Life Saving' initiative, Deepak Kumar notified the ambulance service and deployed Constable Anand Kumar to provide assistance. Upon the train's arrival in Koderma, the injured man was transported to the Sadar Hospital in Koderma by an ambulance, where he received initial medical care.

Passengers ne tezi se grinding ki awaz suni aur pichhli bogi tak dhuaan dekha, yeh laga ki train ka koi hissa tutne wala hai. Jab train Chaube station par rukti hai, toh sabhi passengers train se utar jaate hai. Agar aag par time pe control nahin kiya jaata toh bada accident ho sakta tha.
