However, the construction of a road overbridge at the railway crossing between Namkum and Ranchi Station near the Chutia Power House has not been finalized by the state government. The construction of a railway overbridge near the railway crossing at Nayasarai near Ranchi-Piska is incomplete. The railway ministry has completed its part of the work, but the state government's portion remains unfinished. An underpass in Mecon Colony was also completed by the railway ministry, but the remaining work, which is the responsibility of the state government, is yet to be finished. The final site survey for the construction of a 5.9 kilometer long Silaii Ilu bypass rail line near Muri Junction has been completed, and the DPR is ready. The Railway Minister also mentioned that Ranchi railway station generated 45 crore 25 lakh 44,543 rupees and Hatia railway station generated 30 crore 64 lakh 29,738 rupees in revenue from passenger service and freight transport in one year. Currently, 104 and 52 trains operate from Ranchi-Hatia respectively.
