It is almost confirmed that ECR doesn't want to serve the people of Jharkhand. Despite SER sending a proposal to extend the Hatia-Shanki Passenger up to Hazaribagh Town, there has been no update from the ECR HQ.

Extension of Hatia Shanki Passenger upto Hazaribagh Town is already sent to Railway Board
Extension of Koderma Barkakana upto Mesra is already sent to Railway Board then why they are not approving these purposal.

They should merge these two trains and operate them three times a day between Ranchi and Koderma in both directions.

the South Eastern Railway Kolkata Zonal Railway Users' Consultative Committee has recommended a fast MEMU train service from Ranchi to Garhwa Road Junction. This recommendation has been forwarded to the headquarters through the Time Table Committee. The committee also proposed extending the Hatia-Sanki Passenger train to Hazaribagh Town, and the South Eastern Railway's Deputy Chief Operations Manager responded regarding a stopover for the Tatanagar-Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh Express at Ayodhya Dham station.
