heavy luggage lekar sidhiyan chadhna pad raha hai ya phir platform 1 tak pahunchne ke liye battery cart ke liye paise dene pad rahe hain. Lift ka kharab hona software problem ki wajah se hai aur yeh abhi warranty mein hai. Duvvada Railway Users' Association (DRUA) ne is pareshani aur alternative options ke liye zyada paise dene padne ki criticism ki hai aur jaldi solution ki demand ki hai.
