AC coaches for the longer journey to Surat. The proposal for a daily Bhavnagar-Surat train has been submitted and is receiving positive feedback. The Palitana-Bandra weekly train, popular with Jain pilgrims traveling to Mumbai, is also well-received and a daily service is being considered, which could potentially alleviate some of the congestion on the Bhavnagar-Bandra route.

Railway Div. ke Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Mashuk Ahmad ne bataya ki Bhav.-Surat daily train ke liye proposal bhej di gayi hai, jisko positive response mil raha hai. Bhavnagar-Surat ke alawa, Palitana-Bandra weekly train Mumbai jaane waale Jain yatriyon ke liye bahut useful hai, aur yeh train bhi bahut popular hai. Agar yeh train daily kar di jaye to Bhavnagar-Bandra train par se bojh bhi kam ho sakta hai. Par, Palitana-Bandra train ko daily karne ki demand abhi bhi pending hai.
