The investigation into the mechanical rack derailment of a goods train at Narayanpur Anant station on Wednesday is also expected to be completed on Monday. The JAG committee is expected to submit its full report to the DRM on Monday. The railway has already taken action against the station master in this case, and two other employees are under investigation. The joint investigation report had held six individuals responsible for the accident.
