This is all eyewash, WR is not able to maintain punctuality during peak hours. New services are getting added during off peak hours. So actually no respite for passengers as such

Most of the requests are genuine and should be implemented immediately, specially cancelling the semi fast services originating to and from Borivali, one request is missing - converting semi fast services starting from Goregaon to slow services during morning peak hours. These services lead to bottleneck and is the main reason for all the other up fast trains getting 10 to 20 minutes late during morning peak hours.
