alerted to the incident, rushed to the scene and transported the injured Tantai to the Bandamunda Railway Hospital. Doctors pronounced him dead after examination. The police recovered the body and handed it over to the family after a post-mortem on Tuesday. One suspect is in police custody and being interrogated. However, the reason behind the murder is still unknown. It is believed that a railway employee had entrusted Tantai with the keys to his home while he went to his village. Tantai was sleeping at home when the assailant attacked him with an iron rod, leading to his death.

wo scene pe pahunchi aur khoon se bhare hue Amar Tantai ko ilaaj ke liye Bandamunda Railway Hospital le gaye. Doctor ne usko check karne ke baad dead announce kar diya. Police ne Tuesday ko body ko recover kiya aur post-mortem karne ke baad family ko de diya. Ek suspect police custody me hai aur usse poochtaach ki ja rahi hai. Lekin murder ki wajah abhi tak pata nahi chal payi. Yeh bataya ja raha hai ki ek railway employee ne Tantai ko ghar ki chaabi di thi jab wo apne gaon ja raha tha. Tantai raat me ghar pe sota tha, tabhi attacker ne uspe iron rod se attack kar diya, jisse uski maut ho gayi.
